We are FJ Benjamin Pte Ltd, a Franchise Partner of Barbara Sturm Molecular Cosmetics GmbH. We operate the website at sg.drsturm.com (the "Site") and when you buy a product from the Site ("Product"), you buy it from FJ Benjamin Pte Ltd.

By using and/or placing an order at sg.drsturm.com, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the ”Terms & Conditions”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms & Conditions before placing your order.
Only persons of legal age, 18 years or older, who are not under guardianship, can place an order at sg.drsturm.com.
The inclusion of any products or services on sg.drsturm.com at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms & Conditions that will apply to your order will be those on sg.drsturm.com at the time you place your order.
Dr Sturm wants to provide the best possible online experience. To make this possible we need to ensure that our services runs like a clockwork. You understand and agree not to (i) post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products or services; (ii) act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Dr Sturm site, or which impacts the security of the site, or (iii) employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including without limitation spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site, or to copy content from the site. We reserve the right to immediately bar access to the site and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision in these Terms and Conditions.

Privacy and delivery charges
From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns and other commercial factors. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
We ship to Singapore. The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries.
Ordering/conclusion of contract
The ordering options available are solely via sg.drsturm.com. Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at our earliest convenience. If we have already received payment for such order, we will refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary we will notify you via email to settle the refund.
Delivery
Dr Sturm exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavour to deliver your order in accordance with your selected delivery option. Dr Sturm endeavours to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers. Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details. If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact Dr Sturm Customer Service via email at contact@sg.drsturm.com
Withdrawal of order
Once an order has been successfully placed, Dr Sturm cannot issue changes or cancellations on this order.
Returns
Due to personal hygiene and care, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your purchase at contact@sg.drsturm.com with your order number and information on the ordered item(s) for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received in.
Dr Sturm reserves the right to cancel any order prior to the time it is delivered to you.
Payment
Credit & debit card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. The applicable amount will immediately be charged on your credit/payment card. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Dr Sturm, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Other
You are obliged to submit a correct email address and to inform Dr Sturm if your email address changes. Please note that Dr Sturm reserves the right to send payment requests to your email address. You will receive the legally required invoice in the shipping confirmation email.
Our Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Condition shall exclude or limit Dr Sturm’s liability with regard to any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability.
We do not seek to exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees or agents. If we breach these Terms & Conditions, we shall only be liable for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such breach.
Dr Sturm is not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity.
Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on Dr Sturm shall be limited to the total price of your order.
Colours
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colors. The color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.
Guarantee
If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, Dr Sturm abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by returning the goods to us without delay.
Assignment
Dr Sturm reserves the right to assign or pledge to third parties any claims for payment which have arisen in connection with the delivery of goods.
Severance
Any part of these Terms & Conditions is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.
Ownership of rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at Dr Sturm remain with Barbara Sturm Molecular Cosmetics GmbH and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of Dr Sturm or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Barbara Sturm Molecular Cosmetics GmbH.
