Oily Skin Routine

Oily skin produces more sebum than other skin types, and is often shiny with enlarged pores, breakouts, blackheads and blemishes. It’s also prone to acne. This routine combines deep cleansing and clarifying with hydration and skin repair.

Step 1
DARKER SKIN TONES FOAM CLEANSER

Shake well before use. Moisten your hands then apply two pumps of the foam into the palm of your hand and smooth it over your face in circular movements. Rinse off thoroughly with warm water.

Step 2
DARKER SKIN TONES ENZYME CLEANSER

Use 2-3 times a week to supplement your regular daily cleansing routine with DARKER SKIN TONES FOAM CLEANSER. Pour the powder into the palm of your hand and add a little warm water to create a gentle foam. Smooth generously over your face and add more water to lather, then rinse it off with plenty of water. Suitable as a daily cleanser for oily skin.

Step 3
CLARIFYING MASK

Apply generously to cleansed skin at least twice a week. After approximately 10-15 minutes, remove the mask with lukewarm water.

Step 4
HYALURONIC SERUM

Apply a few drops of the serum evenly to your face, eye area and neck before gently patting it in. Allow full absorption before following with the next step.

Step 5
NIGHT SERUM

In the evening, apply a pipette length to the palm of your hand and spread over your face. The serum is suitable for all skin types.

Step 6
FACE CREAM LIGHT

Apply gently to the face, neck and décolleté as well as to delicate skin around the eyes.

Take two capsules a day with water. Combine with Dr. Barbara Sturm's SKIN FOOD supplement for best results.

Step 8
BALANCING TONER

Pour the BALANCING TONER onto a cotton wool pad and gently wipe it over your face, neck and décolleté.
