Dr. Barbara Sturm's INTERMITTENT FASTING SUPPLEMENT SET is a science -based approach for optimal support of the body and mind during the fasting period.

The set contains:

- Electrolytes (30 daily servings of 3.1 ml)

- Mixture of vitamins, trace elements and minerals (60 capsules)

- Omega-3 (30 gel caps)

- Magnesium (60 capsules).

Vitamin, trace element & mineral mix - a special composition of vitamins, trace elements, minerals, enzymes, powerful plant extracts, antioxidants and bitter substances replenishes the micronutrient depots after fasting to support the body's renewal processes and strengthen the immune system. The body is additionally protected against oxidative stress.
Omega-3 - vegan omega-3, obtained from algae oil, and consisting of the two polyunsaturated fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (epa) and docosahexaenoic acid (dha), is particularly important for maintaining healthy heart and brain function, has an anti-inflammatory effect and may boost your metabolic rate.
Magnesium - Different, highly dosed magnesium compounds have a relaxing effect on the entire body and may help reduce symptoms of anxiety, decrease stress and improve sleep quality.

HOW TO USE

Electrolytes: Mix 3.1 powder (approx. one teaspoon) in 250 ml water after waking up. Drink on empty stomach.

Vitamins, minerals and trace elements: 2 capsules daily with a glass of water and a meal.

Omega-3: 1 capsule daily with a glass of water and a meal.

Magnesium: 2 capsules daily with a glass of water, approx. 45 minutes before bedtime.
