Body Routine

The skin on the body is thicker and less oily than the face and needs regular exfoliation and hydration to stay soft, smooth and healthy-looking. This routine hydrates the body inside and out, and has added anti-aging benefits too.
Step 1
ANTI-AGING BODY CREAM

Massage the ANTI-AGING BODY CREAM into your skin in circular motions until it is completely absorbed.

ENZYME CLEANSER

Place a coin-sized amount of powder in the palm of your hand, then add water to work it into a gentle foam. Smooth generously over damp skin in circular movements, paying particular attention to dry areas such as the knees, ankles and elbows, then rinse thoroughly. Use twice a week.

Step 3
LIP BALM

Apply onto drier areas of the body including the elbows, knees and cuticles.

Step 4
ALOE VERA GEL

Apply a thin layer to the face or body after cleansing or showering and massage in gently. Reapply as often as required.

Step 5
BABY & KIDS BODY SET

BABY & KIDS BODY CREAM – Smooth over the body and massage in gently. BABY & KIDS FACE CREAM – Apply to the face and hands, avoiding the eye area.

Step 6
BABY & KIDS ESSENTIALS SET

BABY & KIDS BATHING MILK – Add BATHING MILK to water. The temperature of water should be 36 degrees Celsius. The BATHING MILK will rise to the surface of the water in flakes. Use the flakes to gently wash and hydrate the skin. Suggested soaking time for babies: 5-10 minutes. BABY & KIDS BABY BUM CREAM – Generously apply the cream in the nappy area and in the folds of the skin after each nappy change.

Step 7
V WASH

Apply one or two pumps to wet hands and gently distribute on the external intimate area. Do not apply the product inside the vagina. Rinse off thoroughly with lukewarm water. Towel-dry before applying Dr. Barbara Sturm’s V DROPS. The V WASH is suitable for daily use and sensitive skin.
