HOW TO USE

Take two GOOD NIGHT capsules a day with water 45 minutes to an hour before you go to bed. The DR. BARBARA STURM INSIDE supplements can be taken all together or individually. If you are pregnant, planning to conceive, breastfeeding or taking any other medication, please consult with your doctor beforehand.
